NOTE: Reservations on the first weekend of the month have a two-day minimum. We will accept one-day reservations for the first weekend of the month on a case-to-case basis.

Payment is collected by invoice payable through Square after the rental contract is signed. Contact us for other accepted forms of payment.
Rules on Payments and Refunds
- Full payment of the reservation fee must be received and a payment method must be saved on file to complete your reservation. The payment method on file is not charged if the space is left clean and undamaged as well adjoining sidewalk is left without trash left by guests.
- If El Patio Pop-Up Shop becomes unavailable due to factors beyond our control or the reservation is cancelled on our behalf, all money is refunded to the extent paid.
- Refer to your contract for further rules on payments and refunds.
