Amenities
We have several amenities that help provide a turn-key experience. This helps minimize the worry of carrying bulky items into the space and you can focus on bringing your products.
You can find instructions for the clothing racks, the umbrella reflector and lighting kit, brass stand mannequin, folding shelves, and the Bluetooth speaker.
Please notify us 30 days before your event if you wish to use the art hanging system so we may allocate resources for set-up.
Lights
The string lights are operated with the light switch located next to the window.
The pendant lights are operated with the light switch located on the concrete wall behind the curtain.
Both set of lights are operated with smart switches that can be dimmed by sliding your finger along the dots. If the lights don’t turn on, slide your finger up the dots.
Complimentary water
We provide four cans of still water and/or sparkling water per day for you and your guests’ enjoyment.
Female Mannequin Torso
Showcase your fashion merchandise next to our large storefront windows and catch the attention of the pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
‘Open’ sign
The ‘Open’ sign is turned on by clicking the on/off icon on the white smart outlet.
Fitting room rack and lighted full body mirror
A rack and a full body mirror with three light options is available in the half bathroom. It is connected to a portable power station due to a lack of electrical outlet on that side of the bathroom.
To turn on the portable power station, click the plug symbol. It is ready to provide power when it turns red.
If you wish to use the mirror outside of the bathroom, unplug the portable power station before moving the mirror.
At the end of the day, turn off the portable power station to conserve power and connect it to an electrical outlet so that it is charged for the next day. The charger is available right behind the mirror.
Slatwall with Accessories
The slatwall is available to use with the following accessories:
- 5 J-Hook waterfall
- U Rail
- Hang shirts, sweatshirts and jackets.
- 10″x 4″ acrylic shelves
- 12″ x 6″ acrylic shelves
- 12″ x 8″ wire shelves
- 24″ x 12″ wire shelves
Heating and Cooling
Call or text us if the space is too warm or too cold for your comfort. We are happy to change the thermostat to a more desirable temperature. Please have in mind that on extremely hot or cold days it will be best to keep the door closed to allow the HVAC to do its job.
Sound bar
We provide a Sound Bar above the windows so that you can play music from your device and enhance your customers’ experience. We kindly ask that it is kept at a level that is not a nuisance to neighbors and that lyrics should not promote violence or hate towards gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or religion. We want to share good vibes with anyone that walks through our doors.
To connect to the Sound Bar, first turn it on with the remote control found in the plastic file holder on the wall of the closet. Then go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “LG SL5Y”. Detailed instructions on how to connect to the soundbar are found in the plastic file holder on the left side of the supply closet.
Clothing racks
We provide two single-pole clothing racks and one double pole clothing rack. The two single-bar clothing racks are color coded with yellow and pink tape to make assembly easier.
Instructions are found in the plastic file holder on the wall of the closet. Please wipe them down with window cleaner and a towel (available in the supply closet) once you are done using them.
Tables and Tablecloths
We provide two folding tables in 4 feet-long and 6 feet-long.
You can cover them with black and off-white table cloths available for your use in the supply closet.
If you plan to use one of our tablecloths, please let us know with size and color you will need ahead of your reservation. This helps us plan ahead to leave the table cloth clean for you to use.
Please leave used tablecloths inside the grey laundry basket in the closet so that we can wash them before storage.
Photography/Logo backdrop
We offer a photography/logo backdrop stand and cloth backdrops in solid white or black options.
Please leave used cloth backdrops out so that we can wash them before storage.
Liquid markers
We provide at least liquid chalk that you can use on the outside of the windows to help bring attention to your event. Feel free to get creative but please steer away from language that might be offensive. Do not use on the inside of the window to avoid damage to the vinyl design.
The marker easily comes off with a dry towel (available in the supply closet) or paper towel.
Cleaning Supplies
Feel free to use any of the cleaning supplies available in the closet. Please leave used towels out so that we can wash them before storage.
